EnglishHaving come from an entrepreneurial family, Abdul Kadir Faizal gained his experience in his early teenage years at his family’s packaging empire. He’s a firm believer in that “perseverance, hard work and providing what the customer wants will result to success in what you do”.
Abdul Kadir completed his BA (Hons) in Business and Management at the prestigious University of Aston Business School and then went on to obtain his ACCA qualifications.
In 2008 Abdul Kadir moved to Dubai, and combined with his passion for Real Estate and his personal investments in Dubai Properties since freehold ownership in 2005, he and his family made various successful investments in the UAE and hold a large diverse portfolio.
In 2010 he decided that there was a dire need to offer professional Real Estate services, that which he was accustomed to in the UK. As an entrepreneur, he was very much disillusioned about the integrity and quality of Real Estate services in Dubai and saw the need to set up a professional Real Estate company – ERE Homes.
Beginning with a small team of consultants, he paid particular attention to detail in the team's management of client relations and the services being offered to the customer. After expanding the Real Estate team exponentially over the first year of operation to meet the demands of the market, at the age of 25, he has transformed ERE Homes into the top 5 real estate companies in Dubai.
As a sign of his ambition, Abdul Kadir has diversified into other services such as Property Management and Relocation as there is a growing need to become a one-stop-shop solution for customers. His visionary approach has lead to ERE Homes becoming an integral player within the Real Estate market and is responsible in representing various multi-national corporations, semi governmental institutions, private speculators and end users.

Upon leaving his education he was drawn to Real Estate and began a property portfolio at the age of 18 purchasing and renovating residential properties.
